Celebrating Diversity
At Ray Graham Association (RGA), we recognize that each person brings unique experiences, perspectives, and skillsets that make our community stronger. Our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive in unwavering.
Championing Equity
We steadfastly ensure that everyone can access fair opportunities and resources regardless of their background or abilities. Through our advocacy efforts, we dismantle barriers and creating pathways to success and well-being. At RGA, equity is not just a goal—it’s a promise.
Promoting Inclusion
We actively cultivate a community where people with disabilities are fully integrated, welcomed, and supported. Our efforts extend beyond mere accessibility, ensuring everyone enjoys a sense of belonging, dignity, and respect in every aspect of their lives.
Advancing Accessibility
We are deeply committed to create spaces that are not only accessible but also welcoming and comfortable for all, recognizing that true accessibility extends beyond physical adaptations. We empower those we support to create a world where accessibility is the norm, not the exception.
Title VI Non-Discrimination
RGA complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which states, “No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
The final Title VI Program includes an explanation of the complaint and appeal process.
