Invitation to Bid

Ray Graham Association, 901 Warrenville Rd. Suite 500, Lisle, IL 60532, will receive sealed proposals for a Mobility Management Consultant: Transportation Collaborative for individuals with development disabilities, seniors, and low income individuals to be let as a single contract.

Women and minority owned businesses and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to bid.

Proposals will be received at 901 Warrenville Road, Suite 500, Lisle, IL 60532 or by emailing Chief Development and Operations Officer Mark Langan at MLangan@RayGraham.org up to the hour of 12 p.m. (noon) on Monday, Sept. 26, 2022.

The request for proposal will be on file and provided to any interested consultant via emailed PDF from Mark Langan, 901 Warrenville Rd. Suite 500, Lisle, IL 60532. No deposit necessary upon receipt of specifications.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place via Zoom or Microsoft Teams at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8. The pre-bid meeting is required for all consulting firms planning to submit proposals for this project.

Ray Graham Association has the right to reject any and all bids and waive minor irregularities in any bid.
