Employment
We help people with disabilities find and keep jobs that match their skills and interests. We work with employers to create inclusive and supportive workplaces.
About Employment Services
At Ray Graham Association (RGA), we work with over 150 companies and organizations to match your loved one with the perfect job. We support them whenever they need it, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. When they find a career that aligns with their interests and strengths, we’ll develop the skills they need to succeed. We want them to find a job that 1) they love and 2) that provides opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Department of Rehabilitation Services may fund these services. Your loved one may also be eligible for free transportation through Ride DuPage. If you’re an employer, hire someone with disabilities. You will be thankful to find a dedicated worker like them (and some tax benefits, too!)
The people we support work in various industries, including food services like Pepperidge Farms and Culvers, public services like the Glen Ellyn Park District, hospitality services like Top Golf and Best Western, and health care services with Lexington Square Retirement Community. Let us help your loved one find a job they love and put them on the path to financial independence.
